While you’re disconnected, a computer will temporarily take your place and continue playing for you as best as it can. As soon as your internet connection is restored, you’ll automatically rejoin the game.

Since the computer was playing in your absence, your hand of cards might be different when you return.

This system is designed to prevent you from losing or being kicked out of a game due to a brief internet issue or an incoming phone call.

 

There are many reasons why you might experience connection problems while playing an online game. In cities, the 2.4 GHz wireless frequency is often crowded. Devices like faulty Bluetooth gadgets, cordless phones, or even microwave ovens can interfere with your WiFi signal. Your neighbor’s WiFi networks can also cause disruptions.

Even if your phone shows full signal strength, it doesn’t always mean your connection is stable or error-free.
