First off: don't panic, we can fix that!

If that happens, Schnopsn Online has accidentally created a new account for you. Again: don't worry, your old account still exists!
Possible reasons why this happened:
  • you have a new phone/device and couldn't log in with your email address and password
  • you have un- and re-installed the app, or changed something in the settings of your phone that prevents the app from recognizing your account
  • a software error or an unsuccessful account transfer occurred
And here is how to fix this:
  • use the "switch user" button in the Settings as usual
  • if you have forgotten your password, this is where you can request a new one. Enter your email address and click on "forgot password"; in which case you'll be sent a new one.
  • if none of the above work or you never entered an email address and password, you can write to us at support@schnopsn.com and we'll see if we can find and restore your old account. The information we need in this case is your old username, the birth date you entered (if any), Elos, and Credits (these can be an estimate).
