There is not a unique or ultimate ruleset for President. Chances are good that you know them at least a little different.
There is no chance to represent all rules in the world (since some of them are conflicting). We decided to take the most common rules and hope they are famliy enough for you to enjoy the game.

This doenst mean you shouldnt deploy your whishes and ideas. We are working to change the rules according feedback and allow only higher cards to be played, not equal cards. (Maybe when you read this the rule change already happened and we didnt update the FAQ in time)
