This statement, as with all online card games, comes up again and again. Especially card games of different poker variants have to deal with these complaints over and over again. Here are three points to think about:

- Every player who has participated in an offline prize draw with paper cards knows at least one card player who tries to gain an advantage by shuffling. This is not possible with us - our card distribution is completely random.

- Randomness always produces natural accumulations that can be called a losing streak, but it also produces natural accumulations that can be considered a lucky streak. Especially in the short term, the player may see something as "unfair" or "unrealistic", because unlucky streaks are always remembered more than a lucky streak. In the long run, however, these accumulations balance each other out.

- Victory and defeat are close together in Schnopsn. Victories are often associated with "skill" and defeats with "bad luck". This often creates the impression of a disadvantage, which, however, does not exist at all.
